My Name is AQ Ali
From Pain to Purpose — My Journey
AQ Life Coaching began as a personal quest after COVID — a time when I was searching for healing, clarity, and direction. What started as tending to my own emotional wellbeing evolved into a purpose-driven practice: one that now supports others to reconnect with who they are, where they’re going, and what legacy they want to leave behind.
This journey led to the creation of:

AQ Community Coaching CIC (2025) — a community-rooted platform for healing, equity, and transformation.
